I am a Licensed Dental Assistant. I went to dental assisting school in Mankato & have worked at Carlson Dental since I graduated in 1993. I am married and have two children. In my free time I like to watch sports, go side-by-siding, and spend time with friends.

DENTAL ASSISTANT
While in school for Dental Assisting, I interned for two summers at Carlson Dental. After I graduated, I started working as a full-time Dental Assistant at Carlson Dental in July 2024.

RECEPTIONIST & SWING ASSISTANT
I started working at Carlson Dental office in 2023. Before working at Carlson Dental, I worked at Lakeview Methodist Home. I have two children who keep me busy. In my free time, I enjoy watching sports.

PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR & INSURANCE SPECIALIST
I have worked in dentistry for many years. I started as a Licensed Dental Assistant and eventually became an Office Manager. After retiring from my job in the Twin Cities, I was brought in by Carlson Dental in 2025 to serve as a Patient Care Coordinator for the Doctors and as an Insurance Specialist.

I started working at Carlson Dental in 2025. I previously worked as a Dental Assistant and have also worked at a medical clinic and an engineering business. With my dental and business experience, Carlson's hired me to be a Patient Care Coordinator for the Doctors.

I started working at Carlson Dental in 2025. I have been a Licensed Dental Assistant for over 35 years. I will still do some dental assisting, but have moved my focus to the front office as the Patient Care Coordinator for the Dental Hygienists.

I am a Registered Dental Hygienist and started working at Carlson Dental in 1996. I graduated from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 1994. I first worked in St. Paul before moving to Fairmont in 1996. I am married and have two children & a rescue dog, Payton. In my free time, I coach the FHS dance team. I love to cook and spend time with family & friends!

I am a Registered Dental Hygienist. I graduated from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 1999. I have worked at Carlson Dental since 2018. I have three children & two grandchildren. In my free time, I like to golf, cheer on the Gophers and spend time with my family.

Hi, my name is Claire. I am a Registered Dental Hygienist. I graduated from Herzing University, Twin Cities with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2023. I started working at Carlson Dental in 2025. In my free time I like to hangout with family and friends, and watch sports.
MEET OUR DOCTORS
Dr. Fred Carlson retired in June of 2018 after practicing in Fairmont for 52 years
Dr. Paul Carlson is a graduate of Fairmont High School & Gustavus Adolphus College. Following college, he received his dental degree from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. After dental school in 1996, Dr. Paul moved back to Fairmont to join his father at Carlson Dental Office. After four years of growth, in 2000, Dr. Paul expanded the Carlson Dental office from its location in the Fairmont Medical Center to its current location in the Victoria State Crossing Building. After 29 years, Dr. Paul continues to enjoy his role as owner and dentist at Carlson Dental!
Dr. Macey (Pribil) Sitzmann attended the University of Iowa, earning her bachelor’s degree
in Human Physiology and her Doctorate in Dental Surgery. After she graduated in 2021, she
returned to her hometown of Sioux City, Iowa, to work at the community health
center. While there, Dr. Macey practiced all aspects of general dentistry and
gained exceptional experience treating young children and patients with complex
medical histories.
Dr. Macey lives in Sherburn with her husband Mitch and their dog Tank.
